I grew up drawing and making art. After finishing art school I was introduced to meditation which was a turning point in my life.
I spent several years working in different fields before reaching a crossroads. Doing something with art felt like the right way to move forward and I decided to get back into graphic design and illustration.
My illustration work is conceptually driven and done in scratchboard and digitally. My graphic design work begins with research to discover the key thoughts behind the project, which drive the voice and style of the work.
The daily practice of meditation is essential to my life and a major source of inspiration.
